The best thing I have ever bought! In my line of work as a catering supplier, I have enjoyed complete relief from back pain thanks to my hydrotherapy hot tub. I used to have a standing order to my osteopath, but now no longer necessary! I would recommend buying a hot tub and your company to anyone. We love our spa and use it at least 4 times a week. We were delighted with Jay and his team who did a spectacular job on redesigning and redoing our garden. I researched the market and found that the Hydropool swim spa product range looked like an excellent quality product. I did not just want a swim spa, I wanted a one stop shop to do my complete project including sinking my swim spa. After researching the market, The Pool & Spa company came out and provided me with a fixed price, end- to- end quotation, including all my ground works and electrics. The ground works and electrics were a fraction of the quotations from other companies and you seem to be the only company who can do it all under one roof! As I would have one person to deal with on every aspect of the project and the quality of the product seemed excellent, I chose to go with the Pool and Spa Company. On reflection, The Pool and Spa Company gave me the best technical advice, provided me with a one stop shop with a very competitive groundworks and electric cost. My landscaper confirmed this to me. It was great to see you both over the bank holiday weekend and i'm pleased on the deal we agreed for the Hydropool 800 self cleaning hot tub. As you know, i had been speaking to both yourselves and also to another Hydropool retailer, about showroom models and new models as well. My dad originally came in to your showroom to pick up a catalogue prior to me even being aware of Hydropool, and although it was very brief, he informed me that despite you having closed at the time, Gill was happy to unlock and bring out a catalogue for him to take away which is nice to know, as some staff would just turn people away and want to get home! From my initial contact on the telephone with Theo, and subsequent calls with Christina, i was impressed with the time taken to explain the differences between the Hydropool specs and that of other hot tubs i had been looking at.
It was clear you are both knowledgeable on your product and willing to spend the time passing that knowledge on to a pre-sales enquiry. Being a very technical person, i'm always interested to know all details of specification before a purchase like this and am glad that this was made available to me. I experienced the same level of service when first visiting the showroom when Christina was very friendly and approachable and spent a lot of time explaining all the features of the hot tub i was interested in, as well as others. Overall i was left with a great impression of your company and of course wanted to make my purchase through yourselves due to this, along with feeling confident in the aftersales service i would receive as well, which is important of course.
As mentioned above, I did also have dealings with another Hydropool retailer and visited their showroom, which was much less impressive and welcoming than the set-up you have at Ruxley. I would also say that the staff were less approachable and friendly compared to what i experienced with your company, along with spending much less time showing me the features of the tubs and giving a far less detailed and less technical run through of them all, which was disappointing. Not everyone would want that, but some like myself are keen to know about everything that makes the Hydropool tubs better than other brands, which is of course your selling point to customers.
All in all you can see from the above that i am very happy with the dealings so far with The Pool and Spa Company and very much look forward to taking delivery of the hot tub! Adam Rossiter

Elsie and I wish to thank you very much for the extensive refurbishment work that your employees have carried out to our swimming pool, most of which was carried out during the bitter cold temperatures. They were very professional and obliging and the work was carried out without interruption and to a very high standard.
It is a delight to look out of our window at the new swimming pool which has been out under test with the adverse winter conditions.
The snow did not settle on the swimming pool cover, which we assume was because the pool water remained warm due to the cover protection. Thank you for arranging supply and delivery of the skimmer cover that fits perfectly.
When spring / early summer arrives we would appreciate you to open the swimming pool and you are invited to take photographs of the pool.
